Pharmatek: Pharmaceutical Chemistry Development specializes in compound selection, analytical development and formulation development. Based in San Diego, Pharmatek is known for it's own Hot Rod Chemistry and Formulation Screening Kit.

The Pharmatek Foundation is a not-for-profit organization supporting volunteerism for causes in the San Diego community. Foundation programs are staffed by Pharmatek employees and managed by an Executive Committee.

To encourage and support sponsored volunteerism of Pharmatek employees and others in the San Diego community.

Event: LSSI Teachers Day at Pharmatek
Where: Pharmatek
Event Details: Pharmatek Foundation will be hosting area high school teachers that are part of the LSSI program. This program helps teachers continue their education in science. The teachers will be visiting Pharmatek to get an understanding of pharmaceutical drug development, go on a facility tour and participate in laboratory modules that will cover dissolution testing, enteric coating, in addition to basic chromatography.
